Theorium is a private science tutoring service operated by Theodora and based in Cyprus. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Theorium.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our website or contact us:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you request a resource or submit an enquiry
• School, role, study level, subject, and exam board when provided
• Messages and enquiries you send us
• Your marketing preference, the wording presented, and the time of consent when you choose to subscribe
• Campaign and referral information, such as UTM parameters and the referring page
• Basic interaction data, such as resource clicks and form starts, only when analytics permission is enabled

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our services
• To deliver a resource you request, such as the Science Readiness Diagnostic
• To schedule and manage tutoring sessions
• To send the optional four-part diagnostic follow-up or recurring science guidance only when you have made the relevant separate choice
• To understand which resources and sources create useful enquiries, when analytics permission is enabled
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Service Providers, Storage & Security

We use service providers to host the website and content database and to deliver email. They process information on our behalf for those functions. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We retain enquiry and resource-request data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and applicable record-keeping requirements. A recurring marketing preference is retained until you withdraw it or it is no longer needed.

5. Cookies

This website uses essential browser storage required for site functions. Analytics storage and first-party interaction events are enabled only after you accept the analytics category in the cookie preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can reopen the cookie preferences and change your choice.

6. Email Preferences

Requesting a resource does not automatically add you to follow-up or recurring messages. The four-part diagnostic follow-up and any recurring science email option are presented as separate, unticked choices. Every such email includes a signed unsubscribe link that updates the preference immediately. You can also withdraw permission by replying to an email or contacting theodora@theorium.cy. Withdrawing permission does not affect a resource or message already requested.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable Cyprus data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus
